Initial Contact

Upon receiving an investigation request or suggestion, we will respond via email or phone call within a couple business days. As we receive many requests, it can sometimes take a little longer to reply. Don't fret--we will respond as soon as we can!

Pre-Investigation Interview

One of the most important steps of the investigation is the pre-investigation interview. During this time, we are interested in discussing several pieces of information with the client, including: types of paranormal activity in the investigation location (if applicable), the specific location of investigation, and any goals of the investigation. The Paranormal 215 team will research the neighborhood and property, meet to discuss the details, and schedule a convenient time for the investigation. Communication with the client can be done by phone or email contact--whichever is most convenient and preferred.

Investigation

The team will meet the client at the investigation location and set up necessary equipment. At this time, the team will discuss and further review any paranormal experiences and goals of the investigation with the client. Once the equipment, team, and client are set, the investigation will begin. The team uses a number of different tools and techniques for capturing paranormal activity. This includes the use of video and audio equipment, EMF meters, thermometers and more. You can learn more about this on our equipment and technique page. The team will also spend time trying to reproduce or debunk any reported paranormal experiences. The team strives to capture genuine, honest evidence and to represent the paranormal investigation community in the best way possible.

Once the team feels the property has been sufficiently explored, the investigation will conclude. The team will discuss any applicable experiences with the client.

Analysis & Review

After an investigation, the team has hours of audio, video and photographic evidence to review. We strive to review our data as quickly and efficiently as possible--usually within a couple weeks. As soon as possible, results and reports will be emailed to the client. In some cases, follow-up investigations are scheduled.

• Paranormal 215 does not charge for its services--we are dedicated volunteers.
• Client privacy is respected at all times. Evidence from investigations may be posted Paranormal215.com but names, addresses, and evidence defining a particular location or person will never be uploaded. We will work with you on any privacy concerns you may have throughout the entire investigation process.
